Tried their signature king crab broth ramen and tonkotsu ramen. The crab broth had a combination of onion, lemon , sour cream and tomato infused into the crab broth, which made it unusually tasty. Tonkotsu broth was smooth, creamy and yet light to the palette, not salty at all. Texture of ramen weee cooked to perfection. We had fried tofu in bonito flakes and gyoza as sides. Fried tofu was delicious. Price is in line with the food quality.

Unique taste with lemon and sour cream added into the soup base. Broth is not the thick kind and decent portion. We had their signature Ramen, flavourful. Their promotional set is equally tasty.

For Hotogishu, the ramen you should try is Super Spicy Black. The chili blends well with the broth and the ramen. The ramen itself is quite good. The value for money is good set. It’s not cheap for ramen, but if you’re looking for a good ramen, this is the place to go.

Tried the signature king crab ramen, the broth taste good but the noodle texture need improvement. Portion is small, beside the broth taste like carb, there are no crab meat in it. This dish is above average, however the Goyza supposed be their main Michelin star dish is disappointing. Normally the skin should crispy on one side, this case both side are soft and the inside is not even tasty.

This restaurant is renowned for its exceptional ramen, offering a variety of mains, including rice sets. The menu allows flexibility with the option to add sides and drinks at a set price or order them separately. During our visit, we indulged in the Crab Ramen and the Crab King ramen. The Crab King ramen, a signature dish, features a delectable crab broth, topped with lemon, sour cream, and a tomato/crab paste, creating a uniquely delicious flavor profile. The Crab Ramen, with tonkotsu broth, is adorned with chili crab paste and a fried soft-shell crab. Both ramen variations were nothing short of amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, especially if you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing it before.

Ramen was very good. I love the spicy one and the original that won the Michelin. We also had the crispy pork ramen. That was surprisingly amazing!!!

A great place to visit for good food and little wait time especially during a busy orchard weekend! Really good crab broth ramen. The flavor seeps through to the al dente noodles paired with sliced pork and a refreshing lemon zest which elevates the flavor of the crab. The fried rice was really flavorful too. Overall great service and ambience

Ramen taste Unique but doesn't make me want to come back. I suppose the Michelin star status makes people want to try it. Food was so so, rather disappointing for the status that the restaurant achieve. Gyoza, fried calamari and the octopus also taste average.

Hmm, the ramen is nice but to grade as one-michelin... I think it's overrated. The one thing I don't like is the marketing - They have big poster outside the outlet stating a reasonable price for the ramen. So when I ordered, it really came with ramen ONLY with One piece of thin slice of meat and a few slices of mushrooms. That's where I realized that I need to order the meat (char siew) and egg separately as a 'side dish' to go with the ramen!! It's not included. And this will boost the bill. How come it can't be upfront with the price? As for the Gyoza, the plating is a bit off - It felt like my mom's plating when she's in a rush!! LOL OMG! It doesn't feel like the restaurant even care about the presentation!! Or, you might have the wrong staff and their attitude are simply slacking... Yah, so, can eat lah (if you really wanna try). But believe their poster! And pardon the service. LOL

Ordered the Quattro Ramen w/ gyoza & ice lemon tea set. Ice lemon tea was standard, but Gyoza was a good balance of crispy underside (see pics), with tender top, showing they put some effort in not simply deep frying the entire gyoza like other places. Ramen was delightful, with a nice flavorful broth, that was not overly oily or overly salty, and the cuts of Chashu meat (pork belly) was really juicy and tender. Apparently, their crab meat Ramen is a highlight, so will try that next time. Meal came to $19.90 (comes to $23.42 with 10% service charge & 7% GST). No complaints on price though, given the location is in middle of Orchard, and you definitely get your money’s worth in terms of service, cleanliness & food quality. Thanks to my server Da for being attentive & prompt with table service.
