Female cashier working at 3:02pm 13/03/2024 has serious attitude problems. She has beady eyes, wear specs and wears a mask with very short hair. Guardian management needs to work on hiring staff of better service and attitude

Staff are generally okay, but the female pharmacist was quite rude and unfriendly. Her tone and attitude were very unpleasant, It made the whole experience uncomfortable. 8/10/25 Morning 10am

This is a huge personal care and pharmacy shop located in the basement of Paragon shopping mall. They carry a very comprehensive selection of brands and products. While the prices may not be the cheapest, the wide variety means you're almost certain to find what you're looking for, especially for last-minute purchases. Having staff on the floor was a huge help and allowed me to find my items much faster.

Guardian pharmacy has always been my favorite for toiletries and medication. The shop is always need and tidy. Lots of varieties of products to choose from. The staff were helpful and attentive. Recommended!

if you happen to be in the area, this is another place to buy your medicines in the mall. There is another drug store nearby so I guess you can check both stores for availability and prices. Its located conveniently beside a supermarket and food hall.

Visited Guardian at Paragon on 29 Nov 2025 around 12.20pm and had such a wonderful experience. My daughter had taken a fall and we were looking for plasters and antiseptic cream. A sales lady noticed us and immediately offered help. She was so gentle and patient while applying anti-inflammatory cream on my daughter, making sure she stayed comfortable the whole time.
Her kindness and genuine care really stood out. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognised. Thank you for making a stressful moment so much better!

Big outlet with a group of helpful staff. One particular staff, Ai Loon was really super helpful as she went further to ask about the issue I wanted to tackle and gave me other suggestions given that the product I initially wanted is not available. Thank u so much :)

This particular guardian outlet is 👍🏻!!! I love coming here because they’ve such a range of products, the pharmacy is here, and they’ve got promoters for certain sections like the supplements/beauty section. You can find both high end premium skincare items and the drugstore ones which i deeply appreciate.
Cashier is also efficient though the layout may be confusing (queue from the left side).

I recently visited Guardian, which supposed to be officially closes at 10pm, only to find the staff already preparing to shut down half an hour early. I even overheard other customers apologizing for holding them up. What kind of retail service standard is this in a post-pandemic environment, where employees are paid for their full shift yet seem eager to finish up before closing? This isn’t just happening at Guardian; I’ve noticed it at Watsons and other retailers as well. It’s disappointing to see this decline in service quality when customers expect full access during posted hours.

It would be good if the lady at the cashier counter is more helpful. I was not sure how to insert my NETS card into the machine & asked her what to do, to which she replied… do what you usually do. When I had difficulty later, she pushed my card into the machine with force and told me that I had inserted the card in a wrongly. Her standard of customer service needs improvement.
