I was there with my mom buying prescribed medication & knee guard. When we walked in, a gentleman with white long sleeved black stripe (from his accent, I think he was a Philippino. Pardon me if I'm wrong) greeted us, asking whether do we need help. Very polite & friendly. I told him we needed knee guard & immediately he asked his colleague to help. His colleague, a Chinese woman also very polite & helpful. Recommended & tried on my mom a few models. When I was at the Pharmacy buying my medication, the Pharmacist, a bit plump Chinese Lady in red shirt served me. I asked for her help in knee guard, too. Both she & the woman were very helpful & polite in helping my mom. Cashier were friendly & helpful, too. Great time shopping in Paragon Guardian.👍👍

Had a great experience here on 5 Aug 2022. I was approached by 3 promoters separately as I browsed. They were professional yet intuitive to leave me be when I rejected help. Special mention to Ms Juan, who saw me looking at different sunscreens and readily advised me on the ingredients to avoid. I always research the full ingredient lists of sunscreens before purchasing and it was really great to discuss them with a well-trained and knowledgeable staff. Her energy and pride in work is evident, truly a gem of Guardian. I would return to look for her for future purchases. Thank you Ms Juan for the great experience befitting Paragon.

Was at this pharmacy yesterday around 8pm. Very helpful pharmacist was on duty. Sorry din manage to get his name. He assisted us to call up our GP to explain the alternative medication to use as the medicine prescription from GP is discontinued. He was professional and composed despite having a long Q of customers after us. Thank you!
