Rating for the vivo city branch: The service was aggressive, making me feel really uncomfortable. If negative stars were an option, I'd give it a negative rating. This experience has made me hesitant to buy skincare products from any physical store. Hardsell service

Offered tester (in my case hand scrub) which drags you into shop, seller sweet talks and offers ‘limited time’ deal. I got sucked in, took one step out of store and decided i wanted refund, which they will not do once purchased. Learn from my mistake, product is not worth the money it costs and actually caused my skin to have a reaction.

Don't fall for the sweet talks of employees over here..it's a total rip off.. they force customer to buy thier products which is not even that good and so damn expensive, they cost way more than products from well known brand like Estee lauder, Clinique etc . They may call you to offer free service such as free face spa which feels like a total scam as they will start forcing you to take up spa package at end of it and keep pestering you to buy more products. Never coming back to thier store again !

The sales from vivocity just dragged me into the store and started using lots of products on me and hardselling despite me telling her that I am in a rush to catch a flight in 2hours. When I told her I had to go , she didnt believed in me and was like "where's your luggage?". I had to randomly buy something for her to let me go. I dont even use this brand's product and theres no branch in Malaysia. It costed me RM650 just to get out of the store and I missed my flight.

Worst experience, all about Hardsell! Drag you in, then will handover to another staff, And will keep Hardsell you about the products. After used for 2months, my skin still not getting better. Never ever patrol to this shop at vivo again

I enjoy shopping at Takashimaya fairly often, but never considered skin care products. Luckily I was politely approached by Jenny Lynn at GRATiAE. She recognized that I could benefit from some their products so she offered me a consultation. Jenny Lynn was very professional and caring and helped educate me on how to take better of my skin and face. The consultation included a facial treatment so I could experience some immediate effects. I was happy to make a small change in my routine and care to benefit from the high quality products. Within just a week of daily care, I could see and feel significant progress. I recommend everyone stop by and give Jenny Lynn and the staff at GRATiAE a chance to help you too.

Been to Takashimaya for shopping and the staff approached me for the free gift. Then after that she did free a facial for me to experience her products. After facial i feel my skin glowing and brightening. I did purchased whole set of lifting and continue until now. My skin getting better day by day. I feel thankful and satisfied with the service and products at here. Will be back when i finished my one.
