This staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. He not only checked where the available stock is but also helped me make a call and make a reservation after I left the shop for dinner and couldn’t contact the other outlet.

Went to the shop to get a watch as it was out of stock elsewhere. Elaine was helpful and patient from start to finish. She even helped to set up the watch on the spot. Thumbs up for excellent service.

I called the outlet in the afternoon asking if they had stock of the model I wanted and the lady who answered was very polite and checked it quickly for me so I went there in the same evening and the staff was very friendly and very quickly remembered my voice from the call. The service rendered was good. I do wished they played some music in the background. It was rather quiet

Questions not resolved because staff is not trained well on the product(s). Clearly don’t know and i think the last salesperson left already. It is not the salesperson’s fault. It is garmin not able to train staff to seeve customers at high level.
Compare against when u walk into Lululemon or an apple store(which has inferior product but great sales support). Night and day.
Sad because the product is good but business is run shabbily.

Well done... we are in store and trying to figure out what's the diff between our 2 shortlisted watches.... seeing the staff is busy entertaining a foreigner, we just waited.
Foreigner left and staff busy himself at counter before he goes welcome, good afternoon.
Nope... not at us, but another 2 foreigner who happened to walk in...
We walk out and head over to buy at Best Denki. Well done indeed

Staff doesn’t seem to care whether you enter the store. When the male staff approached me, he also doesn’t seem to bother to enquire. for a moment, I felt like I was trying to force an answer out of him when every answer to my question was a short and curt one. Better off to have a robot there. overstaffed and bad servixe!

The staff seems to only serve foreign customers. When we enter..he did not bother to greet us but when a foreign customer enter, he immediately greet them. Why is there a difference in treatment? Very disappointed with such service. This will deter me from patronising the store.
