The female 'sales' staff today couldn't be bothered. We went to this outlet specially to find out more about the watches, but she didn't make any attempt to promote or share about anything. I asked her 5 questions and got curt answers through her mask. Worst of all, the first question I asked was 'Where is the Vivomove Sport watch?' to which she very rudely said 'It's been replaced by the Trend, we don't have it here anymore!' in a horrible demeaning and condescending tone. No sales or customer service experience/ training.

Am I invisible? Staff can't be bothered to even speak a single word at all. Not a single hello, welcome or thank you.

Compliments for Damien whom I interacted with at the Wisma store on 20 Mar. Damien has excellent product knowledge, and it is apparent that he himself is proud of the brand and its products. Very happy to have bought my Garmin watch from him. Added on to this review 2 weeks later (3 Apr 12.15pm). Visited the shop again because when I bought the watch 2 weeks earlier, the “technician” wasn’t there to adjust the strap length for my metal bracelet. TLDR: This technician was not skilful and scratched my titanium watch body. I started to doubt his skills when at the start, this “technician” had to ask the store assistant which side is the top and bottom side of the bracelet. Not very confidence inducing. Took a long time to adjust the bracelet - during which he put on and removed the strap several times for me to try on for comfort. He seems to have great difficult removing and replacing the quick fit strap, which was supposed to be easy to take out and put back. Alas, when I inspected the watch closely, I found three scratches near the watch case where he tried to fit the strap. In short, Garmin cannot compete at this range (Marq) with such level of service.

Visited the Garmin shop at Wisma frequently since it is near my workplace. I have been served by different staff but am always impressed by the friendly service and excellent product knowledge. Although some of my older Garmin products were purchased elsewhere, the staff (Evelyn & Sarah) were very helpful. This is also a one stop place for me whenever there is a new model or if I need help with current garmin products. kudos to Garmin team

Dear Management, Please kindly choose the well communicating salesperson, before deploying to serve customers, educate them on how to interact with, not only being passive waiting what asked, and simply answering YUP!! Especially salesperson named Sarah, refers to payment invoice, you should have served well, customers deserve to obtain the hospitality before and after payment
