Came on weekday afternoon. Not many tables were occupied but we waited 30mins for our curry rice and "pizza". The best is the dessert, berry fruit tart which is the only decent dish.

Went to vivo branch to buy their whole fruit tart. It looked like a big portion but full of cream and you can barely taste the cake. It was disgusting to eat so much cream. The tart was under bake and you could taste the rawness. Im totally disappointed. Paid 60 over dollars for eating so much cream basically. Extremely disappointing. Look nice but its a gimmick. Guys pls think twice before patronising this place.

I ordered a cake online, scheduled for pickup between 2:30-3:00 pm. When I arrived at 4:30 pm, the cake was not ready 😱. The staff asked me to return at 5:00 pm, but I couldn’t wait as I needed to be home by then, with my family eagerly waiting to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Somehow, my order was not processed. After explaining my situation, the staff asked me to wait for 10 minutes while they quickly prepared the cake. Despite the initial stress, they provided the number candles free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. However, the chocolate wordings could tell that they prepared it in a rush. Overall, it was a stressful experience. I love their cakes but I can no longer trust their online system.

Quality of food is sadly average. It’s heat-up central kitchen food. Service is good though. Other than that, think it’s fine to skip the cafe if you are really hungry.

The cake looks super lovely but taste so bad😨. The tart crust is soggy and pasty. The tiramisu cream is not mascarpone cheese, rather some weird chemical tasting whip cream. The cake was dry and the tart filing was bland. The only decent thing is the fruits, but unless you want to pay 10$ for fruits, don’t come here.

Took advantage of the Tea Special, which offers 50% off beverages with purchase of any slice tart or cake. Both Lychee Rose Tart and Latte were mediocre. Restaurant was spacious, service was OK.

Located at B1 of Centrepoint, aside from their fruit cakes and tarts, they also have hot food and meals. Similar price / value range for the food around the orchard area. Expect to spend about $15 for a meal.

The tart is $11 plus in total and it’s such a miserable piece! It’s not what is shown in the pictures and also the showcase. Also different from the outlet in Jem. The crust is so hard that it takes 2 forks to break apart. The cream and fruits were dry and not fresh at all too! Total disappointment with the price paid

my friends and my family (6 adults, 2 strollers with baby) waited 30mins outside the entrance (after queuing up and informing the staffs at Vivo City Fruit Paradise outlet), 30mins ago they say helping us to find table because the place is crowded, after waiting for 30mins we asked the staffs again and they completely forgotten about us (and claim that, I thought you all don't want to dine here anymore), i mean the staffs must have been dreaming because clearly some of us were standing near entrance waiting for Fruit Paradise staffs to arrange table for us. RED ALERT for family with strollers, super UNFRIENDLY and even seemingly anti-family, I see no family sitting inside the restaurant and also saw some empty tables inside but clearly they are UNFRIENDLY towards family with stroller. no chance to try the food though, made all of us waited in vain, very BAD experience

Visited Fruit Paradise at B1 Centreppoint while passing by. Ate my favourite mango strawberry tart. 1st time trying the matcha hot latte. It is tich in taste but i was not not used to it. I believed others will appreciate this better.Decided not to drink their flower or fruit teas anymore because the standard has dropped tremendously. Though the tart prices have creased from $8.90 tp $9.35, i will still continue to eat because it is delicious.
