It has been a while since i tried friit paradise and i feel so sad at what it has become. I use to order their tarts as replacement to birthday cakes. The tart crust is now so thick that it did not even cook through. The size have shrunk so much. The only good thing is the fruits where they do not need to prepare or u should say destroy. It is so sad that it has fallen so far from what it used to.

The tart base so so thick that it is almost 50% of the tart. It also seems like it is under cooked. You charge people premium price, you need to make sure it is up to that standard. Very disappointed. It is very different when I first tried it many years ago. If you keep going down this route by saving cost from cutting corners, I don't see you would last long.

Recently got a takeaway of their cake for a birthday celebration. Cake was eaten within 4 hours of purchase and kept in fridge throughout. The cake was sour and fruits had a foul taste. The inside of the cake had a dark colour to it as well. It completely ruin the birthday surprise. When we emailed to fruit paradise to highlight the spoilt cake, they took more than a week to respond and tried to brush off the ruin birthday celebration causally. After another email to express disappointment at the response, they offered a slice of the same cake as compensation. Horrid experience for my friend who loved Fruit Paradise. Terrible service recovery as well. You can take your slice of bad cake and keep it.
