Went there for a cut & colour. Everyone was very friendly & the service was so good, they gave me a disposable mask to change so I wouldn't ruin my own. The house brand dye was abit stinging on my scalp but after they washed off it felt fine. However, I've been feeling small patches of dead skin in my scalp the past few days, so it might have been the hair dye...

Go here if you want to be insulted. Unusual for Singapore - zero customer service. Made an appointment by phone for a simple haircut - showed up on time. Nobody available, was asked to wait for half an hour. No apologies. I left. Wanted to write this brief review as a warning for other naive future customers. Fortunately there are other hairdressers at the Far East Plaza.

the nails extensions not good after 1 week a few nail extensions came off and when i removed all my nails, my thumb nail have infection.

I came here just for this hairdresser Kenny. He is very thoughtful and really takes effort to do my hair not only on colouring or straightening. My daughter and son also come here for his service too. The Dyson hair dryer was a plus point. The shop need improvement on their renovations.
