Danial was knowledgeable at the product that I was intending to purchase. Michael, Mee Foong assisted me with engraving and checking out of product. Such warm welcome from all the staffs working here!

I recently purchased a watch from Fossil and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect piece. The watch itself is beautifully crafted and stylish. Overall, excellent service and quality, highly recommended!

Came to get engraving on my watch.Very accommodating and did the engraving with no hassle. I also requested for gift wrapping which they provided even though my purchase was from online. The outlet head (idk her name) was very nice when I visited earlier before making a purchase online. She showed me the pieces and told me I could get the engraving done even if I had bought online (bought on Lazada Fossil flagship store).

Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience at this Fossil outlet at 313@Somerset! All the 3 staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and service-oriented. Bought a leather wallet for my friend as a gift plus free embossment service. :)

I stepped into Fossil with the intention of getting a new watch for myself and was immediately greeted by one of the staff, Michael, who was very kind and helpful in helping me choose the perfect timepiece for myself. He was very patient and helpful in letting me try a few watches as well, something I really appreciate. I would not have been able to pick out the perfect timepiece if not for his assistance!!

Bought it 2 months ago, noticed that one of the fossil bag have upholstery damage. Appreciate Fosil 313 Somerset branch can arrange either to do replacement of the damage. Thank you
