Came to get engraving on my watch.Very accommodating and did the engraving with no hassle. I also requested for gift wrapping which they provided even though my purchase was from online. The outlet head (idk her name) was very nice when I visited earlier before making a purchase online. She showed me the pieces and told me I could get the engraving done even if I had bought online (bought on Lazada Fossil flagship store).
