I’ve had a bone to pick with this store for a while now.
Twas a lovely day for shopping, my friend and I were exploring Singapore’s bountiful Orchard Road. We came upon Forever New and were pleased with the wide selection of classy clothing. All was well until i went into the change room to try on a few things. While I was changing, a staff member pulled open my curtain. Luckily I was clothed, but there was no question if the room was occupied. When the woman saw me she didn’t apologise and just walked away, not even bothering to close the curtain. This was a blatant intrusion of privacy, and I have approached the store with caution.
I do feel most of the staff were doing a wonderful job but I couldn’t let this incident go unreported.

Went to Orchard with my daughter to shop for her Sec 4 prom night dress…
This is in fact the first shop we entered & we already felt that we were spoilt with choice…
The products are not cheap but the staff Syafinah was friendly & helpful.

Had a pleasure of shopping at Forever New Wisma! From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with warm smile that made me feel welcome. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely returning to shop here.

Poor customer service. Went down to Wisma outlet to try a dress with a size that Raffles City ran out. Received poor customer service from staff that replied curtly with one word replies and gave looks to another colleague when I asked what sizes are available.
Received no help before and while trying the dress - felt like the staff wanted the customer to quickly try on and leave the shop

Great collection of chic, feminine and quality apparel for the ladies. Am very pleased with my recent purchase of a floral ruffle mini dress, a knitted mock neck top and a pair of tie waist tapered pants.

Bad service. Especialy the pink hair ill manneref staff. So unkept. Untidy. No service n carry a sour face.Went there with colleaque n she wants to try n no one waited outside to help her zip up. I went in to see she was struggling zipping up. Y no one help you n yet the staff heard but with no sction. Sigh. Like a vase standing there... 😁Ask question no reply. Sad..Bussiness so bad n yet no service. Better not visit cause thry dont look friendly. Thumps down. Oh just saw bad review below ... Sad.

Good shop if you're looking for an outfit for a party, cocktail, or occasion. They sell a decent range of accessories, bags, and shoes at a reasonable price. They often have sales.

I bought a dress for $179 and they gave a cheap plastic bag instead of a paper bag. So unglam.
