Not all their products are good/worth the $. Scents are ok. Customer service is not good.

I supported this store for years but over Christmas bought a home diffuser by Mr and Mrs Smith ( waste of money btw) which had an expired capsule. Contacted the management of the store, they did nothing, so unhelpful. Their customer service experience is appalling. Shame!

A special thanks to Andrew and his team @ Flaming Queen - I am based in London and wanted to offer a maxi max Baobab candle to a friend of mine in Singapore. I contacted Flaming Queen over the phone and spoke to Andrew who offered me to open a WhatsApp chat to make communication quicker and easier for me. He organised everything for me: secured payment, a nice gift card and made sure his team would know about my friend's visit at the store to make it a nice and smooth experience for her. Everything went well. She loved it and told me everyone there was patient and helpful, giving her excellent recommendations to make her decision. 5 stars to Andrew and his team !!

Bought the Linari diffuser for 230 SGD. After a few months the lining on the bottle starts flaking off. I go to the shop complain and am told to bring it in for an exchange. I do that then the sales clerk says she can't exchange. She calls someone on her phone. Then I hold my ground and she calls again.
She then offers me the bottle on display as an "exchange" and she pours out the remaining liquid in front of me to make sure I am not getting anything for free.

I like the products they sell but their sales policy is terrible. Very rigid and sales promoter dont have much 'power' in terms of making decisions, so afraid to call their bosses to check. No means no kind. Not enjoyable shopping with them. I usually buy from Taka outlet (which is priced more expensive btw).
