Flaming Queen is probably, one of the best Aromatheraphy and Scents in Singapore. This outlet located inside Mandarin Gallery @Orchard Road, the staff was very frriendly and helpful. They have numerous selections of Scents coming on the form of Aromatheraphy, Scents Oil, Perfume, Fragrance Oil, Candles etc.

An incident happened in the store today
I locked down a glass tissue box by accident
It was placed on the golden self in pic.
When my bag touches the shelf, the whole shelf shake. The shelf not only carrying one box, it’s with giant oil bottles also. I don’t recommend guests or other members to go to this shop coz it’s very packed and small. U will only feel stress shopping here. Here’s some points I wanna make
- the shaky shelf is located right at the entrance, it’s extremely dangerous while everyone walking in and out.
- the shelf is not solid metal, it shake even u touch it. However, the tissue box was not stick tight to the shelf. It’s juz feel like playing with fire
- the other giant glass bottle was sticked to the shelf but also not tight. I can totally imagine the other two was going to fall. It’s extremely dangerous as they r huge and heavy and located at a high point. It can kill ppl if drop on head
- it’s a total joke to put extreme fragile products on this kind of shelf, not fair for clients too as I’m sure ppl feel stress while I recommend don’t carry any bags to go in
, I was thinking to buy one more candles today, however, the incident happened right after I walked in and it ruined my day.

You won't regret buying a bottle of aroma therapy from Flaming Queen! Very nice smells and aromatic too. There's another outlet at Great World but this outlet at Wheelock is bigger. Makes a great gift if you're stuck on ideas.

I have purchased a total of five items from this shop, in addition to the two items shown in the picture. The fragrance in the Pearl White pictured, can effectively removed the fresh paint smell in my living room.
Ke Xin provided excellent and friendly customer service. All items were delivered on time. Thank you.

I found one of its fragrance very nice and was told it's the more popular scent. Decided to get a bottle and ask if there is any discount. Staff said not if u bought $800 and entitled 15%. Proceeded to purchase a bottle 500ml @ $230.
Didn't think much about it until a day later saw the same fragrance Dr V... selling at $190 in Robinson. The fragrance is great but Robinson gives u better value for money.

Was standing outside this shop, admiring the deco and scents. Just as my mom and I were making casual conversation, the staff here came out and rudely told my mom and I to 'DO NOT BLOCK'.
We were not even blocking her entrance but also no 'please' or 'excuse me' was mentioned. With such poor customer service, I don't think anyone should bother patronizing.
A 'Hi how may I help you' would have sufficed. Not to mention there were no customers inside, I wonder how we were blocking anyone or thing even. Looks like this shop is more of a museum with attendants who are plain rude.

I passed by this store and went in to look at the perfumes. I tried the scents and chose the one I was looking for.
The waiter told me which perfumes were good. There were four options. I smelled them, but none of them matched my taste. I told the waiter I'd consider it.
The waiter's face turned stern, and she pushed me hard, like a hard salesperson. She suggested I buy a small bottle first. But the scent wasn't what I was looking for, so I had no choice but to buy it.
I won't go back again if I pass by this place again. That attitude really irritated me. The waiter was a woman with glasses.
