I have been in this shop again and again. Team are well aware when they need to interact with you as a customer. If you ask them question then they will respond to you perfectly if not then they leave you alone to continue your own browsing or window shopping. I have bought caps and packs from them and guess have tried their pants again and again to convince myself to buy on of them but still struggling, Do not like their pant at all! Good team , good quality and also too expensive! The brand is expensive everywhere in the world and here in Singapore more than rest!

Visited the store with my daughter to finally get a backpack she’s been eyeing for ages. We were the only customers but there was no greeting, no smile, no offer of assistance just silence. The staff didn’t seem interested in engaging, explaining product differences or even acknowledging that we were there of most basic greeting you would expect to hear. He didn’t add anything to the experience except restocking shelves. What exactly is the point of shopping in-store anymore? Isn’t the value of retail supposed to come from human interaction being able to ask questions, get product recommendations and enjoy a more personal experience? (Especially there is no other customers and dead quite and free ?) If staff aren’t offering any of that, how is this different from online shopping? When I asked if I could receive a receipt without sharing my personal email address, I got a curt, reply “screenshot.” Sure but let me make a point of asking - There has to have an alternative option for customers other than surrender their email address. At least with online stores, the experience is fast, efficient, and you don’t leave feeling invisible after all.

The staff was surprisingly aggressive. I was just trying to check the size for a pair of leggings, and the assistant looked annoyed as if helping us was a huge favor. Instead of offering help, she expected me to Google the size myself. My husband was looking for pants, and when he asked for assistance, she responded in a condescending tone, “What are you looking for?” He said “size,” and she didn’t lift a finger to help. We ended up buying from another store instead. Honestly, if folding clothes and assisting customers is too much to handle, retail might not be the right job.

Disappointing experience. Bought a sling bag in a hurry as I was going overseas. Got a new bag from their storeroom and didn't check. Discovered bag had blemishes only on arriving overseas. When I came back and went to the store to nicely ask if they could do anything, was dismissed rudely. Asked me to email their office. Did that and no response. I admit it was my fault that I should have checked at the stor, but to be just ignored is just not cool. Unlikely to come back to this store anymore.
