Very helpful staff, willing to take time to help us find the type of clothes we like, also explaining the different type of shoes so we can make a more informed purchase. Specifically the staff named Joy, who was very willing to go the extra mile for us. Overall very happy with the service here and recommend others to come to this outlet as well.

I visited the Fila store at ION and was assisted by Zhi Sheng. He provided excellent service, was very attentive, and helped me find the perfect items that suited my style. He was knowledgeable about the products and patient while I made my selections. The overall shopping experience was great, thanks to his professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Zhi Sheng if you’re looking for top-notch customer service!

Got into the store and touched a rack which triggered a piece of clothing to fall right off. Sales lady came over and snatched the clothing which I had retrieved from the floor out of my hands to replace back on the hanger wordlessly. I turned back and left the store promply - not sure the store would offer any sort of a good shopping experience after such a behaviour from the SA.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store gets 4 stars because they constantly run out of stock especially for shoe sizes and slides for ladies. Went a few times only to be told either the stock ran out or there aren’t any sizes. If the outlet is so popular, they should try to make it a point to replenish stocks or have adequate stocks for the outlet. Highly frustrating when you like something and are constantly told it’s not available!
