Got into the store and touched a rack which triggered a piece of clothing to fall right off. Sales lady came over and snatched the clothing which I had retrieved from the floor out of my hands to replace back on the hanger wordlessly. I turned back and left the store promply - not sure the store would offer any sort of a good shopping experience after such a behaviour from the SA.

It was such a terrible experience, the staff there didn't even tell us about the free gift and member ship discounts though we spent quite some money there. I mean the selection wasn't bad, it was just the rude staff.

Very helpful staff, willing to take time to help us find the type of clothes we like, also explaining the different type of shoes so we can make a more informed purchase. Specifically the staff named Joy, who was very willing to go the extra mile for us. Overall very happy with the service here and recommend others to come to this outlet as well.
