Avoid this salon at all cost. Trash place. Rate 0 stars. Went in for a perm and left with almost straight and damaged hair. Because of the chemicals and terrible job, my original hair colour was also ruined. See picture.
Before starting, I have mentioned to the stylist my concerns but she was confident and reassured it wouldn’t be an issue. Unethical salon and they should not have taken the job for the sake of money if they can’t deliver.
Since they delivered such “excellent” results, I had to go to another salon to fix it. The only solution was to cut away all the hair.

• Colour → They dyed my hair completely black instead of the dark-purple i asked for. Plus, they left dye burn on my face get hurt — that’s not professional.
Now only my scalp look dark purple colour but not hair
• Perm → Bangs ended up too short and the perm looks bad.

Very bad, my hair was ruined by a perm. The stylist didn't operate properly and used too high a temperature when curling my hair, causing it to curl in very irregular patterns. I woke up with an afro and my hair was severely damaged. I went to other shops and they said my hair looked like instant noodles and there was no way back to its original shape... Everyone, avoid this shop. Lots of advertising doesn't mean good skills! ! ! ! !
