I wish I could give 10/5! Special thanks to Dr James Ng Kin-Wah for being super meticulous and caring with check, confirm, double confirm, triple confirm (including a separate consultation to test personally) - certainly lived up to Singapore’s kiasu spirit LOL! Support team is kind and helpful including Peiwen, Weejun and all the amazing ladies that I didnt get your names. Have consulted several eye specialists over the years and this is the BEST pre-during-post experience! So blessed to be in good hands!

Dr James is very professional and explains all the details to me about my conditions clearly. The nurses here assisting with the tests are friendly and very clear with their instructions, the tests are carried out very smoothly.

I was referred to the clinic by my GP. Was assigned to Dr James Ng. The clinic assistant was helpful and friendly. Explained what every test in details. Dr James also explained my condition clearly by showing me photos of what my condition is and what could be a worst case scenario in the future. He gave the decision to me based on the different options that are available. His reassuring tone helped to ease my anxiety being 1st time at the eye specialist. Thanks for making the experience less stressful. The only downside is the waiting time. Was here at 10am and only done by 1245pm. So need to plan in advance for the visit.
