Great and excellent experience at Minmed Paragon. Front counter staff are very welcoming and professional! The lady, Sharmi who did my blood test was super painless! Plus a complimentary Paris Baguette brekkie set! Highly recommended!!!

I recently had a medical check-up here, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the examination. A special shout-out to **Amanda at the treadmill station**—she was incredibly patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. Her guidance during the stress test made a big difference, and her positive attitude helped ease my nerves. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. I highly recommend this center for anyone looking for a thorough and stress-free medical check-up. Thank you to the entire team, especially Amanda, for such a great experience!

Extremely bad. Health check up not completed due to spoilt equipement. No hotline to book appointment to follow up. All communication channels goes to a bot that has no reply or follow up for 2 weeks. Printscreens we're saved. And health check up not completed because no on replies their email or appointment WhatsApp chat. There is no way to contact minmed. The head of the company should seriously look into this. How do you feel you have an executive health check up and the checkup cannot be completed because minmed does not reply to emails, WhatsApp and all official channels of communication to book an appointment

Arrived at 10am for a 10.30am appointment, to be told there are 27 patients ahead of me. As of 11.45am, I still haven’t got my height and weight measured. Requested to be expedited at the counter countless times only to be told there are many patients ahead of me. It really was not a staff issue, they seemed overworked to be honest. It’s a system issue that allows too many bookings beyond what the clinic capability allows. There were too many patients, even more than seats available resulting in many just standing aimlessly and walking around. There should be a balance between profit generating and a decent patient experience. Especially when this is marketed as an executive health screening at a premium location.

I found Dr Lim Chong Sheng’s conduct to be unprofessional. I informed him that I was awakened from sleep by severe abdominal pain/cramps occurring in waves and that I had vomited once. He asked whether I was pregnant, and after I said no, he asked about my menstrual cycle. When I stated that it was the first day of my period, he immediately concluded that my symptoms were due to menstrual cramps, without conducting further assessment or considering alternative diagnoses. He further commented that it would be better to see a physical doctor. This remark was dismissive and unhelpful, as I opted for a teleconsultation precisely because I was unwell and did not have the capacity to travel. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed and that the consultation did not meet an acceptable standard of care.

Feels frustrating for various reasons. Firstly, I was not notified at all when my ultrasound results were ready. So I had to email which minmed took days to reply on a simple query. Secondly, I had a hard time navigating the app and trying to contact someone from minmed to obtain my ultrasound scan report urgently. No number to call so I WhatsApp the various WhatsApp number for minmed clinics and no reply or prompt reply. If this is a medical emergency, I would be in deep trouble. I do not recommend minmed for full body medical check ups or urgent cases - the service is utterly disappointing and worrying.

I should have read some past review before I booked the executive health screening with them. I personally have tried different providers, I would say this is one of the bad user experience case for the price I’ve paid. 1) lack of customer experience concept - no lockers for your belonging or personal pod to return to. As such you have to bring your staff to the different stations and sat at different part of the clinic as more customer strolled in 2) plan paid is not any cheaper but excluded some test that was included in other provider 3) Dr attended to me was not as attentive as compared to others I’ve Been to. They did not even ask for my previous report until I open it to show. Some concerns I raised was just being told as wear and tear issue without even check. 4) due to the space, the breakfast box was not even offered until you finished all the test which took about 1.5 hours for me . Even if they give, no proper place to eat in peace . I gave the 1 star purely because of the friendly staff who works diligently. However I will not try their executive health screening again. Lack of customer experience and attentiveness to customer concern.

Service level need to be really improved it took around one hour to attend to my blood test after all other tests were completed due to staff negligence even though I had the informed the staff to check on the delay as blood test status was showing as completed in the app and there was no follow ups from them. they followed up only after I reminded them again after around around 45 mins as there was no progress visible and after their checking I was informed I was missed out in blood test queue which could have been addressed much earlier to avoid stress at my end . I was very disappointed and really frustrated by the kind of service levels provided by the front staff

Very frustrating with getting a response from Minmed. I accidentally cancelled my health screening appointment via Minmed App and there is no way you can make another appointment via the apps without making further payment. After various means to reach someone in Minmed, I was told that I cannot rebook my appointment and refund will be made to me within 7-14 days. After 3 weeks, I still didn’t get my refund. Tried to reach Minmed via email and WhatsApp, it’s radio silence and no one reply me re my refund enquiry. There is not phone line you can call and speak to real person live. It’s extremely frustrating.
