Extremely disappointed with the Male Staff here. He was just straight up rude, had poor product knowledge and showed no interest in answering my queries. He eventually walked off and used his phone instead. When I left, he continued to look and talk with another staff, hopefully not bitching about me, the rolling of eyes wasn’t necessary at all! I believe the staff name was Dexter. Advise not to visit this branch at all!

Went on a weekday morning and only one staff was present. Staff was cold and rude. She was attending to another customer so I just browsed while I silently and patiently waited for her to finish attending to the customer. However, staff seemed annoyed by my presence even though I wasn’t rushing or chasing her and kept asking me to tell her my queries while she was wrapping up the customer’s items, so much so that the the customer felt bad and wanted to wrap the products herself to free up time for the staff to attend to me. The service was a turn off so I left even though I wanted to purchase something.

Have been a long time customer of Estee Lauder. Besides quality products, I am also particular with the sales person attending to me. I am glad to be served by Senior Pro Artist Amber Chong. Amber is helpful, patient and efficient. Her ability to provide professional advice on skin care is very useful and well appreciated. Thank You Amber.

Very excellent customer service by one of their staff called Amber! Really 5 star service. Was accompanied my wife for purchase from Estée Lauder it’s our first time buying. Tho there are many customer and the staff are busy, amber still patiently giving us assistance and guiding us from each product to another product. Really 5 star service from amber Estée Lauder

Hi I from Thailand ka. See RedBook have offer by Estée Lauder and can get free sample. Because no use before, don’t know which product suit me ka. But one of your staff amber’s explain to me very very long, with many customer quee up for enquiries. Although I never buy but she still give me sample ask me try and use and come back to buy again. Very good service na Estée Lauder. Proud of your service and amber
