I recently visited the salon for a baby gloss treatment, hair colour, and a haircut, and I absolutely love the results! My hair feels so smooth, healthy and refreshed. I’d like to compliment Sya, Shafiqah and Iman for their patience, professionalism and the care they put into every step. They took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and really understood the look I wanted.

It honestly took me some time before writing this because I kept trying to convince myself to love the haircut… but nope.
I asked for one thing, the stylist suggested something else, and somehow I ended up with a haircut that wasn’t what I asked for or what was recommended. What made it worse was that I had already told the stylist right at the beginning before the cutting even started that this particular haircut doesn’t suit me.
Usually, stylists check in about the length along the way. This didn’t happen.
At first, everything seemed fine because I couldn’t really see what was being done at the back. It wasn’t until the blow-dry that I saw the length, the exact length I had mentioned during consultation that doesn’t suit me. I honestly wanted to cry but held it in because I didn’t want to cause a scene, and I tried to give it another shot by convincing myself the haircut was fine.
The real shock came the next day after I washed my hair. That’s when I noticed the cut was uneven, I had short bangs I never asked for, and there were random chunks of hair sticking out.
Yes, hair grows, but it takes time, and living with a haircut you hate really affects your confidence. At first, I thought maybe I was overthinking it, but after hearing the same feedback from so many people, I realised it wasn’t just me.
Now I have to spend extra money at another salon just to fix the damage.

Eri is an excellent stylist! Eri is extremely good at what he does and his good skills are reflected in the way he transformed my hair!
Eri has great interpersonal skills. He kept checking on my well being periodically while his team attended to me. The vibe was great and I instantly felt confident and reassured that I am in good hands!

I went yesterday and everything was fine until I woke up this morning. Don’t get me wrong it looked good when I first got it and I thought I could manage styling it at home but this is bad. I asked for face framing bangs and it’s literally a CHUNK of hair. There’s absolutely no blending in between my layers and I just look like a mushroom. When I straighten my hair, you can see the chunks where the strands end. The bangs aren’t even either, one side is thicker than the other. I’ve genuinely tried everything trying to make it look okay but nothing is working. I’ve tried blow drying my hair the way she told me to but it just doesn’t look the same at all and I don’t have time to do all that in the morning. The bottom of my hair is ALSO chunky. It’s genuinely an uneven line of hair. The hairdresser said that it would make my hair look thicker but it just looks like a toddler cut it with a pair of scissors. I also only asked for a little bit of my ends to be cut off and she pointed out where she would cut it, and I said okay. She cut TRIPLE the amount that she said she would. I’m genuinely very mad because I spent over a year growing my hair out and just wanted a trim, but now half my hair is gone. Oh and mind you I booked on the website to get my hair cut by the director and got a random employee instead. I don’t know maybe that’s why my hair turned out like this but if you guys are going to allow me to specifically book a slot with the director then maybe give me the director for my haircut or just tell me he’s not available??????

I’ve been to quite a few salons, but this one truly stands out. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, you instantly feel at ease the moment you walk in. Eri Su is amazing at what he does. He really takes the time to understand what suits you, from hair colour to cuts that complement your skin tone. What I really appreciate is how honest he is — if something might damage your hair, he won’t hesitate to advise against it. You can tell he genuinely cares about your hair’s health, not just the final look. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both great service and expert advice!
