My friend and I waited outside the store at 915pm and it was semi-closed and when the we at last saw the female staff at 920pm standing in front of the cashier counter, we asked to go in, she refused to open the gate and signaled it’s closed for the day. This is very bad service because on the website, the store should close at 930pm, but the gate was already semi-pulled down at 915pm when we reached. I am a regular user of Elixir and because of this incident, it is unlikely I would buy it again at Ngee Ann City nor introduce to any of my friends to this branch.
