I am a regular rider at their Wednesday and Friday classes. The instructor creates an engaging environment that motivates you to push your limits. The classes are well-structured, incorporating varied routines that keep things fresh and exciting. Additionally, the front-of-house staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. There was one day when my phone battery died, and they graciously allowed me to charge it up. It’s these little gestures that make the experience even more enjoyable!

Absolutely love Elevate. I’ve been with them for a year and I appreciate how affordable their packages are. Their booking app makes the whole process so smooth and convenient. Plus, the staff are always warm and friendly. A great experience every time!

I attended a trial Reformer class and really enjoyed it! The trainer is good and patient. The environment is clean, and they provide great shower facilities with shampoo, body wash, and even leave-in conditioner. There are also lockers available and a water dispenser for refills. The only downside is that the shower facilities are shared between males and females. I’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Book at your own risk. Studio is extremely strict and unforgiving with their “grace period” which is only 3min long, compared to other studios with a usual grace period of at least 5min. My friend and I arrived (slightly late as we were being held up in traffic due to rain) at 12.34pm — only 1min behind time and the counter girl Enya was super inflexible about it. She refused to let us in although the class had not started at that point as our other friend who was already in the class was still texting us to hurry the class is starting soon. She then spent the next 10-15min trying to “get help from a colleague” when we actually asked to speak with the manager since she was unable to make decisions. By then, of course the class had already started and they said it was too late. The whole issue could have been avoided. I find it extremely distasteful for a business to operate in such a rigid manner. (I would have accepted if the class had already started, but she did not even bother to check and just wasted our time further at the counter). We later learned that this is a common occurrence. As admitted by her colleague Harry, and other reviewers who experienced almost the same thing. I actually want to give zero stars but I am forced to give 1 if not I cannot post lol.
