Bought a pair of shoes from Ecco some time ago and scuffed it. Was wonderfully delighted when I brought it for a check and Elvan gave it a quick fix. Excellent customer service, would visit again!

Was pleasantly surprised by the service at ECCO ION outlet. Elvan was most helpful in helping me find a suitable shoe size and even ran over to Taka outlet to get the pair in the right colour! Appreciated the professionalism.

Absolutely love their shoes. I'm a size 41 and have flat feet. The support and comfort my white leather sneakers provided was so sung and look so classic. I may just grab another of the same pair. It's one of those pair of shoes that you wear with everything until they are worn out and still have no heart to let it go. Excellent service too!!!
