Insanely unprofessional service from purported spa manager Doris and her team. We went to redeem our Como voucher before it expires and fulfilled ALL the conditions in the contract, including ‘prior registration’ that is needed, but Doris and team are insistent that I cannot the voucher today simply because they have no appointment slots. I tried to propose many solutions to them, including doing a cheaper treatment or coming back another day, but they were adamant in not providing a solution when it is their fault that they could not fulfill the terms of the contract when I’ve already fulfilled mine. In fact, Doris was extremely condescending throughout our conversation and was being difficult for the sake of being difficult. Not even the slightest attempt was made to try to solve the problem they were creating for me when it was clearly their fault for the terms to be so unclear and for not having anymore slots when my voucher is still well valid. It alarms me how someone like her could remain in the service industry. Seems like a ploy to just let the voucher lapse so that they can wash their hands off. Will be reporting them to authorities for the willful breach of contract.
