the service provide by harold was amazing, he was very helpful in choosing scents that matched our description. he also provide some history of the store and shared interesting information about the story behind each product which made it even more special for us.
he was patient with us, allowing us to test the scents and take a moment for the perfume to settle to fully experience it.
we only had the intention of browsing but with harold’s help, we were sold immediately! we throughly enjoy the EDT we purchased and would love to come for the refills. at the cashier, joey was very kind and pleasant as well.

I’m quite disappointed with the service and paper bag with Diptyque at Ngee Ann City. The service is very cold and they only spray the scent on paper and passed to you upon request. And their paper bag is horrible. No brand’s name printed and just a white paper bag with one 20% afternoon tea discount card with their hotel collaboration

Visited all of the Diptyque stores in Singapore (bad experiences — dismissive and encounters with other rude store patrons), will say that hands down, Ngee Ann City has the best service! :-)
I'm thankful to Fiona, who helped with the reservation of my perfume, and to Joey for her amazing service! Joey was knowledgeable and welcoming, which I really appreciate. Told her I was interested in trying out another fragrance, and she gave me a sample to try. Will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Diptyque candle “boutique” is perfect for fans of the brand. The entire range of candles, perfumes and other accessories are on display in this neatly designed shop.
The atmosphere is welcoming and open to customers smelling all the candles, test the perfumes, EDTs and other products for the body.
They also have diffusers and other products to infuse the room with their scents.
I was there during lunch break and was surprised at the amount of walk-ins trying out their perfumes. There’s also people looking for gifting items.
With the amount of products on display, I was surprised at how neat and tidy the shop is.
Service was excellent with just one sales staff manning the store. Expect to wait if you visit during lunchtime.

I’ve had a few visits to the store and most of the times Joey was there, and she has been extremely kind and helpful in helping me with my purchases. I recently went down to get a product exchange due to a problem I had with my bottle, her and a Filipino staff (not sure of his name) helped me exchange the product on the spot once they saw the problem! Amazing customer service by this outlet!

I came into the store with no intention of buying anything, but when my friend and I walked in, the staff immediately greeted us and introduced their perfume. I must say, he did such a great job marketing it that I ended up buying one! Thank you, Harold and Joey!
