Didn’t get the lady name. She ( the Sale assistant) is perfect. Very patient and explained carefully about the products. Had a very pleasant session. Really enjoyed that. Hope to come again.

Dropped by yesterday on a Thursday night (2nd Nov) to try out the scents and would like to commend the gentleman assisting us. My friend and I were very impressed by his service - he was helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to assist. One can see he truly takes pride in his job and really loves scents. Upon learning that I am headed to Paris in December, he even recommended us to check out the flagship store at 34 Boulevard :-) Unfortunately, we did not get his name but we’ll be sure to revisit! Thank you for your time and excellent service once again.

Me and my friend went to Diptyque for a project based on interior design and we had a few questions about the interior. The staff was EXTREMELY kind and even offered us a lesson on the history of the perfumes. He gave us very insightful information about the art and meanings behind each perfume. He even let us take pictures of the interior and was very welcoming. I really was astonished about the fact that each perfume bottle had its own journey and story as it reflected its story in the mirror and its scent. Overall a 10/10 experience. The products cost around SGD 250. As a poly student it felt very pricy but i guess its worth it if it has a very historical meaning behind it.

Had such an enjoyable experience shopping for hair perfume over the weekend (22 June). The service staff, a Filipino guy ( sorry didn’t ur name!), was super helpful with recommendations. Usually it can be intimidating to shop for perfumes but he was so friendly and generous with letting me try different scents on my hair. Tysm! When deciding between Diptyque’s Fleur de Peau and Byredo’s Gypsy Water, I honestly chose Diotyque because of the exceptional service!

Came to Diptyque to experience some of the scent and was stunned by the newly renovated store. Service was superb, i was given the best advice with the help of knowledgeable and committed staff. I would recommend to everyone and I'll definitely be back. The guys name i cannot recall but sounds like Chiwhy. sorry
