Happy with my first purchased in Dior boutique, medium Caro bag and small wallet on 22 Feb and was served by SA Naz, very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Will definitely go back again! Strongly recommended to my friends.

Went to to store to get a earring for my wife. Was served by Dylan initially, was very patient in helping me find a suitable earring even though the one I wanted wasn't in stock. Upon confirmation of purchase, Derek took over and handled my purchase. They're both very professional and patient. Had a smooth and pleasant purchase. Highly recommended

I went in and inquired about Dior necklaces. A rude female staff assisted me without a smile and looked like she wanted to be done with me. I showed her photos of someone wearing the necklace that I wanted to purchase asking which model was it and she just replied dismissively “Don’t know. Not clear”. Expected much better service from a luxury brand like Dior.

I was very impressed with the service provided by your Sales Associate, Nur Faris at your Dior Couture Ngee Ann City. He was very patient with me throughout my entire time in your boutique. Furthermore, he recommended some of the new arrivals. But I couldn't resist the Montaigne Belt which I chose for a birthday gift. I will definitely come back for more and thank you once again.
