I would like to take a moment to commend Natalie Kong from the Dior boutique at Takashimaya for her outstanding service during my visit today. I dropped by the outlet to do an exchange for a purchase made in Paris. Despite knowing she will not earn from this transaction, Natalie still made the entire experience warm, seamless, and thoughtful. She was incredibly patient, took the time to walk me through the details of the bag and was generous with her knowledge—offering practical, insightful tips on how to care for the bag properly, clearly demonstrating her expertise and confidence in the products.
I was there with my child, and she thoughtfully offered a lollipop and juice to keep her entertained. This small but meaningful gesture made the experience not just enjoyable, but genuinely stress-free. It’s clear Natalie knows her processes—every step was smooth, and she handled everything with professionalism.
This level of service stood in stark contrast to my experience at the ION outlet, where the interaction felt much more transactional and distant. The service there lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and detailed guidance.

This store doesn't give the welcoming vibe when entered. The in store experience wasn't that good. Perhaps ion orchard or marina branch will be better. And most of the products out of stock , better luck in others stores.

I was shocked with the poor service and quality of Dior. Got Dior Caro from Paris and the strap broke in less than 1 month (within 2 light uses).
I was informed by Dior that they can only send the bag to the service centre in Hong Kong and it will take up to 2 months when I sent it to the NAC boutique.
The Assistant Manager from Dior at Ngee Ann city promised me an update within 2 weeks and informed me that the servicing would only take up to 2 months but I still did not hear from them after 1 month until I called the customer service at least 2 to 3 times until I threatened to lodge a complaint.
However, I had to chase Dior for updates and there was no initiative from Dior to update me about the status. It was then that Pei Xuan from Dior finally contacted me and explained the following, “As right after you asked, i have directly called.
I apologise on behalf if my previous manager that have spoken with you. As she is actually not store based. Thus for the timeframe she is only aware of the ‘actual repair’ timing.
However, for now what i can assure you is that, your bag most likely will reach you in about 1 month time.”
When I collected the bag, I was given a stained dust bag in return and when I asked them to change, they gave me an old dust bag. I also noticed that they removed my protective stickers from the strap and there are scratches. What impeccable service and quality bags Dior provides.
Please reconsider buying Dior for the standards of quality and service that they deliver at the price point.
Dior needs to look at the service quality of the staff and re-train their staff who doesn’t have the correct technical knowledge and misinformed customers about the servicing timing and etc.

I recently visited the Dior store to buy a gift for my mother-in-law. I made eye contact with an elderly woman at the entrance and was shown around.
I wanted to get a recommendation and buy a simple design, so I asked what kind of design and color do women in their 50s buy a lot? But she kept on mocking me, saying that it depends on my personal preference, and how do I recommend it when I don't know her taste?
When she asked me about her age, I said not sure, mid to late 50s? She said, You don't know her taste, and exact age, it's really bad."(?);;;
I have never felt so bad while shopping. I didn't want to waste any more time, so I ended up calling another young woman and following her kind explanation and recommendation, I was able to make the purchase quickly
I don't want to go to Takashimaya Dior store again.
I don't know her name, but the woman who first guided me with short hair doesn't seem suitable for a service job.
It was horrible experence in my life...

Update: I went there a second time recently and the service you get at Dior MBS is definitely way better. This branch doesn't have a queue number system and they are very clearly not happy when you don't intend to buy anything.
