putting iniative to write a 5 star review for Phil. He has been serving me with my denim needs over the past 10 years from the other store up to now Denim D’ Artisan. Me and my wife will support him no matter what. One and only Phil who knows a lot when it comes to denim. Keep it up, Man! :-)

Agreed with most of the comment here that the staff have attitude issue. Especially if you are just here to send your nudie for repair. Totally unwelcoming and unhelpful since u are not here to spend. It is a shame that nudie repair partner is of such quality. Edit: reply to shop. It wasn’t a recent event. But it was once I was looking to send my nudie for repair and called the shop to understand the requirement. One of the requirement was to have the jeans washed before bringing down which I fully understand and proceed to wash it before going down. When I reached the shop, the 2 staff insist the jeans was unwashed and despite me trying to explained it was washed and I won’t risk wasting my time going down unwashed to just to be not compliance to the rule since I already know the requirement. But the staff just cut in while I am explaining and say he don’t want to listen and insisted it’s unwashed but unable to proof or give guidance on what basis he judge that on. After several mins on the same topic. He just reluctantly said never mind although it’s not washed they will process it. Throughout the whole session the attitude of the staff was just very unpleasant.
