It was us 4 ladies 37th year friendship anniversary xum Xmas dinner at Crystal Jade Kitchen (Orchard) on 16/12/2025.
We have ordered 2 x Chrysanthemum Pu Er Tea, deep fried bean curd skin, Pan-fried carrot cake, White seafood beehoon, pumpkin & Chinese Yam porridge & honey lemon.
All the food are nice but personally I love the porridge, it was very light, like baby food.
I would like to give compliment to our waiter Run Bin who is very observant and very patience with our order which was kind of messy as their dim sum last order is 6.30pm and we just arrived 6.25pm!
There is a point where I was busy talking and forgotten to take out my pu er tea which has been dipped in the water for a long time, he came over and help me took out the tea from the cup and inform me that it is good to drink. He would also refill water without me asking him to. He would also clear away the empty plates on the table so it is not that messy. Very proactive!

Always nice to be back here, this time round got served by the familiar Yoke Cheng.
She was happy to see us too, reminded us of the new offerings we missed out the last round.
Nice recommendations and really like interacting with such a nice pleasant lady.

Poorly managed branch. Came on 14 Dec 2025 evening at early 6 plus. many dishes particularly roasted duck and char siew were out of stock..we didn't know that until after we went in, they could have a pre ordering menu in their site that could somehow preview the availability of dishes
asking for their services takes a lot of effort. have to be very near their proximity to get attention
food however was decent which was the saving grace of the place
please relook in your inventory management and if not possible at least inform in the queue page what's not available especially on a day where there are many patrons in queue

I’m truly amazed by how well-trained the service staff are. They put in their best effort to greet customers warmly while keeping the restaurant running smoothly. This level of service is rare in Singapore. Kudos to the team for their dedication!
Even though Crystal Jade Kitchen is considered a more affordable line compared to Crystal Jade Palace, the staff here are exceptionally hardworking, attentive, and genuinely doing their best to impress customers.
