I have scoliosis and I was looking into starting Pilates to better understand and strengthen my body. I started private sessions with Margaret who has been very knowledgeable and patient with me. She took the time to understand my condition and tailor the sessions to my needs. The workouts are so targeted and well paced that the hour flies by! Since starting, the intensity and frequency of my back pains have definitely reduced, and I’ve even become more mindful of my posture outside of sessions. The studio is always well kept and clean. I always see the instructors wiping down each piece of equipment after use which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Core Fitness and Margaret to anyone looking for a personalised Pilates experience.

I’ve been seeing my physiotherapist Eunice since 2018 for scoliosis. Eunice is genuine, attentive, and caring towards her patients. She takes the time to understand my condition and tailors each session to help me manage my pain and improve my mobility. Her professionalism and warmth make every visit feel safe and encouraging. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled physiotherapist!

I’m 17 years old, and I’ve seen significant improvement in my scoliosis after attending multiple sessions at Core Fitness. In the past, I often experienced lower back pain due to my condition. However, after undergoing physiotherapy and Pilates sessions, the results have been very encouraging. These sessions have improved my understanding of my posture and movement patterns, and made me more aware of how I move and use my body. I’ve also learned how to do home exercises to help prevent the pain from returning. My instructor was Ms Margaret, she is caring, attentive, and dedicated to her patients. Each session is personalised to suit my condition, helping me manage pain and improve mobility. My daughter was earlier diagnosed with scoliosis and we decided to sign up for the sessions with Core Fitness, and I'm glad we did. The sessions were effective and physiotherapist was able to pinpoint the problematic areas and worked with my daughter on them. Eunice was really patient with my daughter and very encouraging too. At the recent review, my daughter's posture had improved, much to our delight.

Instructors and Physiotherapists at Core Fitness are extremely skilled and experienced. Despite my chronic spine problems, they have help me stay pain-free and also build strength so that I can get most of our life.

I have been going to Core Fitness since December 2024 and have witnessed a huge improvement in my posture and muscle aches as someone with a 63 degree scoliosis curve in my late 20s. A huge thanks to my instructor, Margaret for her professionalism and encouragement. Never have I imagined enjoying exercise sessions.

I’m 17 years old. My scoliosis has improved after multiple sessions at Core Fitness. And because of my scoliosis I had lower back pains frequently in the past but after a few physiotherapy and pilates sessions there has been promising results shown. It has also brought about an increase in body awareness and I now know how to do home exercises to prevent back pains from recurring.

I've had neck pains, on and off swollen lymph node and lower back pains for awhile and thought of going for physiotherapy to manage the pain. Hui Lin has been really helpful in my recovery and is so knowledgeable. She taught me home workouts and stretches and really customised the workouts and treatments for me. What was supposed to be just a recovery, made me even stronger than I was before, more flexible and more aware of my posture (day-to-day and during workout). In a few sessions, my lower back pain is gone and had my lymph node drained! I started eating healthily (thanks yo Hui Lin's encouragement and advices♥️) and my neck pain is not a concern anymore. I will definitely continue my treatment with Core Fitness and highly recommend them to anyone looking for physiotherapy!
