I guess i should have read all the red flag reviews before coming into this nail salon. I visited it randomly wanting to do a very simple classic mani pedi with a buff instead of color. I clarified the price, quoted me $48 as per the price list at the cashier. I thought this was rather reasonable but seeing the crowd, I asked again if i could do now instead of having to wait. I was told i could do it now.
I seated myself down and waited for the nail tech to gather her tools (which took some time) but i didn’t mind it. After she started working on my feet first, another nail tech came up to me, and began working on my nails. As soon as she cut 3 fingernails, there was a bit of commotion among the techs and my manicure lady got up, escorted another customer beside me to another shop. I was confused as to why she said sorry and left. So i asked my pedicure tech what’s going on and was told that she had left to another shop. I asked if she was coming back (to finish her job with me) and again, after going back and forth with other nail techs and some commotion, i was told that someone else would attend to my nails in 10 minutes. Again, i kept my patience.
I was completely perplexed. All this happened without me comprehending what went on as they spoke in Mandarin. Never bother to inform customer what is going on and left to wonder in confusion. What sort of service is this? Do nail techs just leave their work halfway and someone else just fills in after? Is this normal? Legit asking.
The results of my classic mani/pedi with a shine was at best - passable. It was pretty obvious that the first 3 nails were cut by Tech A, and the remaining 7 were by Tech B. They were uneven. Strange. 1 star for the shine, another star for the drinking water they gave at each seat.
The ending was the shocker and again, another big question mark for me. I wanted to pay by Nets/Card, was told $60 by same lady who earlier on said it was $48. So i asked why is it now $60. I was told because using Paylah it is $60. Strange. I said i don’t have Paylah, i can pay by Nets/Visa/Paywave whatever card options she has and then the lady said nevermind and took out a POS machine for my card payment. At that point i felt uneasy, and changed my mind to use cash instead. At that point, i paid $48 cash. So by what logic is it that using Paylah requires me to pay more, totally beats me. If you know the answer do enlighten me.
Ambiance is not as comfortable, disorganised and dusty. I would never go back here, and would caution anyone who intends to sign up for packages here.

Please only do your nails here if you have low expectations or want to leave the place with cuts/ injuries.
1. I did express mani and pedi last Friday as I was in a rush, I did not need to have removal done and they spent 2.5hrs on it
2. My nail tech was new and gave me cuts when filing my nail with a course file (this they were apologetic and waived my mani charge $18)
3. As one of my toe nail cracked, the nail tech suggested something like acrylic so that it does come off, and I agreed and paid for it. Guess what, my nail came off from the crack causing a wound now.
I dialled to ask if they can do free removal for all my nails since i was unhappy with the experience. Yet they say there’s nothing they can do.

Their Chinese lady boss. Very rude. Super rude. Their staff and services is good, just this women very rude.
She injured my finger due to speed up for next customer. I told her is hurt she ignored and claim that is my own finger too dry.
When I choose colour , she scolded me faster even she haven’t complete the previous step.
Today again I witness myself she very rude to an Indian lady that looking for purchase a pedicure package. She speak Chinese said that if she don’t want buy other package we don’t sell pedicure only.

I have been following my favourite manicurist here since 2018, and she never disappoints! Every time, her skill and creativity amaze me with the beautiful, intricate nail designs she creates. The quality of her work is exceptional, and my nails always look flawless. I come every month and am so happy with the affordable prices, which are much better than other places I’ve tried.

Only visit this place if you are ok with spending for overpriced service. The price just for nail extensions alone is already $140 not inclusive of your chosen design. When asked staff how much is the design they dont even know how much to quote and kept saying to the staff that was asking for me about the design " idk $128 should be ok anything " so total would be $268 for just simple extensions with simple design. Went to level 4 just beside escalator they charged only $50 for extensions and $50 for design inclusive of charms. Attached photo is the design i enquired for.

First-floor branch: Gel mani was fast but poorly filed, pls check for sharp edges before leaving. Technicians talking about me in Chinese, thinking I didn't understand. The look on her face when I said "thank you" said it all. Cheap, but the service is not good. They will push for membership/package.

Honestly been coming here for years and service just keeps getting worse. They always make their customer wait for so long even with booking.
Why taking so many booking then? Will definitely won't come back after my package ends.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but if I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here are extremely rude and lack basic manners, especially Evon. When I asked her a simple question, she rolled her eyes at me. She openly spoke badly about me in Chinese to other customers in the shop, assuming I wouldn’t understand. Is this how you treat customers?
I have been a customer since 2022, but after this experience, I will not be renewing my package. The service has gone from bad to worse, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I had my gelish mani pedi done about a week and a half ago and immediately, the next day, one of the toe colours fell off.
Even during the service, they massaged one leg but not the other.
Than over the next few days one by one, more and more fell off. I went back to the shop for repair and got bad attitude.
I am so glad I did not sign up for a package with them as I would have had to put up with MORE bad service.
When I returned to get the fallen nails repaired on 30/6 at 8.45pm, the girl asked if I had a package with them. When I said ‘no’, she screamed at me, witnessed by all the clients and other manicurists.
I showed her the $107 record on my credit card and even though the name of the company was clearly there, she queried the record!
DO NOT PATRONISE THIS SHOP THAT GIVES SLIP-SHOD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND EVEN SCREAMING AT A CUSTOMER!!!
The one in the baseball cap who believes that she has the right to simply scream at customers.

Extremely hard to get an appointment or walk in. They may want to consider opening another branch or two. Either that or stop pedaling their packages to everyone as they clearly cannot keep up with the demand.
They desperately need to top up all their supplies as well. Colours are slowly becoming limited as their nail polishes finish up, lack of variety in nail tips, nail accessories (stickers, ribbons etc) are out of stock.
Despite all these, I keep returning because their quality is great, at reasonable prices. None of my gel nails or extensions have ever chipped or fallen off, and they are very long lasting. Here is an example of 5 weeks’ worth of retention.
Visiting this place is not for the faint-hearted!
