Very good Doctor. I come here to see Dr Lee for the last 5yrs. Everywhere in Singapore is the same. U hv to queue to good doctor. Only if you are rude and impatient to nurses , you will get the same attitude from them. I never have any issue with them. Dr Lee is very experienced and kind

Despite SMA guidelines, Clifford Dispensary charge patients $20 for prescriptions during doctor visits. During my visit to Dr Wong Mee Soong, I paid both the consultation fee and a prescription fee, because the dispensary did not have the prescribed medication in stock hence the prescription. The nurses have consistently displayed unwelcoming behaviour, regardless of how often I visit. That said, both Dr Wong and Dr Lee are excellent doctors who provide high-quality care despite the dispensary's operational and charging issues. . SMA Guidelines- Prescription Fees Under ordinary circumstances, prescribing is part of the in-clinic consultation, and no separate prescription fee should be charged. This is even if the patient requests during the consultation that the medicine be dispensed outside the clinic.

I went for medical check up work related at this clinic. Reach the clinic at 1230 hrs but informed by their staff the clinic is closed for lunch break. Their lunch break is from 1300-1400 hrs. Waited for an hour and come back again at 1350hrs. At 2pm when doctor arrives there few of us waiting enter the clinic because the doctor open the door widely. We been chased out says that its not 2pm yet. Attended by one christian lady, she was not wearing any name tag but was very polite and patient. But the other staff in the clinic the customer service is really bad. Really could be better and have so much potential if improved, given the location of the clinic. One of the staff was on call with someone in their office landline and literally not bother about the patients. Laughing loudly and chattering among themselves and gives a cold look on patient. The staff do not welcome & serve customers in a warm manner and seem very unapproachable. Additionally, their conversations with customers are cold and lack empathy. Fortunately, Dr LEE TH is polite and very friendly. He does’t rush through his consultation and takes time to explain and educate. Dear staff, do improve & give your all in every task you do. hope this helps.

Dr Lee is (in my opinion) the best GP that one could possibly have the pleasure of consulting. He is sincere, welcoming, incredibly patient, thorough, accomodating and warm. He takes time to explain stuff to you explicitly and answers your queries /doubts so that you can have a clearer understanding. Quip with an abundance of knowledge and years of practice, he generously shares and prescribes you with the medication to suit your health and needs. He is a doctor who makes you feel like he genuinely cares for your health and isn't just like any other GP out there who just wants to make money. As opposed to the many other GPs i have visited, Dr Lee, takes time to find out what my needs are, how he can help with them. Instead of merely finding a cure, he seeks to find out the root of the issue and address my health needs in that aspect. He is kind of doctor who stands true to his oath as a medical practitioner. The only downside is the long waiting time but he is most definitely worth the while!

Really appreciate Dr Lee’s consultation and friendliness. What is disgusting is the front counter staffs’ attitude, especially the short hair lady. They seem to always be unhappy to serve the patients and always passing bad remarks about them. If the job is making them so unhappy then I don’t think they should be in service line. Srsly, wouldn’t come back here if it’s not for the medicine.
