very lovely and helpful staff, going the extra mile to help you polish away scratches on your desired shoes, calling other stores for the size you're looking for. doesn't matter whether you're just buying or trying, attentive to you anyway.

Dropped my mobile in the store. Was kept well till I checked with them. Very grateful for this. As for shoes, if u r a Clarks shoes fan, you won't be disappointed with the range of selections. Also easy to get to, less than 5 mins walk from Orchard MRT (train) station.

Went in for a look and walked out with a pair of shoes. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to attend to my queries and request. I m impressed w how they treated all customers w the same service. Big thank you to Dean and Irah. 5 stars for their excellent attitude and service!

I went there on Aug8, 2022 and was helped by a girl, didn't know her name. She is very helpful. My size is 7, but when I couldn't have my size in some models that I like, she called all Clarks store without me asking.

Very quiet place. Seems like I was in a library hahaha. Staffs were mostly seems so hesitant to approach customer immediately. No building rapport to make the customer feels relax. Walking around the shops makes me feel awkward, all eyes on me and feels like it's a must to buy something before going out. But I end up buying, not because I felt force too, but i just found cute footwear. Thanks for serving and asissting me tho. Take note of the dusty shelves. Thanks!
