The store didn’t have the shoes in size EUR 40, so the staff let me try sizes EUR 41 and 39.5 instead. However, one size felt too loose and the other too tight, so I couldn’t get the fit I wanted.

I would like to thank Kai Qie for her excellent service. I visited Clarks, Ion on 27 Nov and bought some shoes. I observed that Kai Qie sincerely greeted all guests who came into the shop and rendered her help promptly. There were some minor issues with the shoes I bought and she went the extra mile to solve them. The entire shopping experience was enhanced by this lovely lady.

I am super impressed with the service provided by Dean. When I went to the store on 23 Dec he was extremely friendly and patient with my numerous requests. And when he noticed that the shoe that i was about to buy had certain marks on it, he brought that to my attention and suggested that i get another pair of the same shoe instead . He is a real credit to the company and it is sales people like him that will make me a regular purchaser of clarks shoes.

Visited this store and the shoe on the display rack wasn’t my size. I went up and ask this young looking female girl for assistance. She went away to look for my size and came back saying that they are out of stock for the shoes that I wanted to try. I asked if other branches would have my size and she answered that I can try checking out Suntec city and parkway branches. I asked again if she can help to check and confirm so I won’t make a double wasted trip. She instantly answered that she cannot check it from the systems as they are not linked together. I walked out of the store as she did not offer further help nor assistance. I did not feel great about the customer service tbh. I guess I will not even want to get their shoes online too.

A chinese staff that was casually dressed and not wearing a name tag kept harassing me to buy their shoes on multiple occasions despite the fact that I have told her on these occasions that I am just browsing. she just won't leave me alone. I think its very inappropriate,demanding and rude customer service . I hope clarkes would step in to do something about it as her pushy attitude has really made me never ever want to patronise clarkes ever again.

I've been looking for desert shoes for women for quiet a while, which is not an easy task. At Clarks, I finally found both the right look & desired color. I tried other colors & a couple of sizes first, but decided on the first option.
I got good help from a young man, Dean, who was very patient & knowledgeable. He picked up sizes, different colors, told us about the material & how to take care of the boots, without seeming stressed or uninterested.
Very good service that made the experience even more pleasant through his caring approach. He's definitely worth a shout out for his pleasant way. High level of service is not a given these day - so it was much appriciated. Thank you Dean!

Entered when there was only one customer trying on shoes. Dean very calmly attended to both of us. Afterwards more customers walked in and while i could see the stress building up, he remained composed and it didnt affect his top service for any of us. Unfortunately, the pair of heels i wanted had a stain which he very painstakingly attempted to polish and remove. However, i think it was stained from the manufacturer side so it was nearly impossible with his countless tries.
Nevertheless, commendable service from Dean and would highly recommend this store *thumbs up*
