I’ve been with Chrysalis Spa for over 15 years, following them through different branches, and I’m so glad they’ve shifted to The Centrepoint. The outlet feels bright, clean and welcoming — modern décor with a calm vibe that makes it easy to relax the moment you walk in. It’s convenient to get to, and the rooms are cosy and well-kept, so every session feels like a real treat.
Special thanks to Mylene, who always takes care of my facials. She’s attentive, skilful, and never hard-sells anything. She listens, makes me feel at ease, and even puts up with my random rants (haha). Every session with her leaves my skin refreshed and me feeling relaxed.

Great experience with therapist Annie today. Even though I used a free voucher, her service was really warm, extraction was gentle and she gave skincare tips too. no hard sell (though she will ask if you are keen to top up). Recommended :)

Bright, clean and calming ambience with cosy furnishings. They even have lockers for you to place your belongings. Very friendly and skilled therapists/staff - I reached much earlier than my appt time so they thoughtfully gave me some tea while I was in the waiting area. Came here for the D.E.P. Skin Renewal Treatment which I was extremely impressed by - it’s non-invasive and I could really see the lifting and brightening effect! Whole experience was very pleasant and will definitely be back again, especially since the location is so convenient!

Just finished my Guasha facial using my Tiktok voucher I bought from their Tiktok Live. Good service n beautician very skillful. My skin looks refreshed n glowing. I am very satisfied n sign a small package with them. Highly recommended!

I am bothered by stubborn belly fat, so I go for 30-minute sessions of Emshape body sculptor (=20k crutches/squats) twice a week. It is a non-invasive, safe treatment that helps reduce fat and build muscle. In a way, the machine helps u do a "HIIT" exercise without all the sweat. It feels warm in the targeted zone.
Atome is accepted here, so it can be split into three instalments, though I wish there were Grab PayLater for four instalments. You can also earn FRx points with the Frasers Mall app. Lockers are provided for the safekeeping of my belongings.
Recently, my upper limbs and back were sore/numb; experienced Therapist Xiao Juan helped to customise solutions for my body problems. The soreness disappeared after just a few sessions and felt much more soothing. There is a Chinese saying: 通则不痛，痛则不通。 The aesthetic clinic is cosy with BGM. Felecia is attentive, and Merlyn is friendly; they make me feel at home.

Came for facial about 3 weeks ago. One of the worst facial, cared only about upselling and when I said no, attitude and service just went downhill. White head plucking felt like the therapist (name starts with A) was playing a guzheng at random. And the face massage was even worse than what a 3 yr old toddler can do for you. Absolutely would not return nor recommend. Still had the audacity to ask me if I would like to sign up for a package at the end of the session.
