The staff are professional and at the same time friendly. Their facials are good and customised to my skin conditions which is very sensitive.

I’ve been going to Chrysalis for a few years now and their facial treatment and products have always been consistently great in quality. The ambiance is cosy and the staff are very polite. I’d like to specially thank Mei Ling for being so thorough, professional, and warm during our facial sessions!

Great experience, I came here for a Facial Trial and enjoyed it much. Therapist Anne is skilled and friendly for sure. Will definitely consider this place for future facial package when my existing package elsewhere consumed up.

Had a try out session for DEP. The facial was good and thorough. Annie was my therapist. She was very gentle. She also treated my problem of dry skin with the right mask and products. There was no hard selling. Will return for next treatment in future.
