Awful customer service. 5.20pm: no whole chicken pies left, no apple pie, no cheese pie. Just getting ready to go home. I even whatsapped this business but that’s for their other branch, here it’s “walk in only”. But then the lady at the counter says she couldn’t be bothered to bake more pies since they close at 7pm. Tells me most customers come at lunch to reserve for pickup later. No phone number, no WhatsApp.
Why are you making it so hard for customers to buy from you? Maybe figure it out before you go bankrupt at this outlet.

Ordered the large chicken pie and the whole family loved it! The staff kept it warm till my pickup time. The crust is not too thick or oily. The filling has just the right amount of chicken bits, potatoes and hard boiled eggs. Will definitely purchase again!

One of the best chicken pies one can find in town~ From the same store in Tyrwhitt Road. For take-away only, but a spork is also provided, so you can have some awesome pie anywhere and everywhere.

best pie ever! so glad that they have a branch now located conveniently in Orchard which makes these pies even more accessible. sparkling teas are great too and really unique.

If you are looking for pies and not sure what to try, I would suggest their Apple Pie. It is a combination of sweet tangy apples, not too sweet for those who don't like it so sweet.
