Order less ice and a no ice tea, pay extra 50cents for no ice. But the so call no ice is with ice and the amount of ice is the same with less ice. Furthermore I observed the amount of ice is all the same. No matter you order with normal ice, less ice or no ice, the amount of ice is the same. CHICHA San Chen is CHEATING all customers, if you said tea is hot need ice to lower temperature so that it can be pour into the plastic cup, at least the amount of ice should be lesser. But no the amount of ice is all the same. DO NOT BUY NO ICE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA 50CENTS WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF ICE LIKE THE NORMAL WITH ICE DRINK. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE.

Hard to resist freshly brewed tea.
Asked for their recommendations, i wish they have more knowledge of their tea. Got Dong Ding with fresh milk. I thought it it will be served unshaken, so I could taste the fragrance of the tea. So it was unfortunate.
In general, nice tea, next time I will go without the milk.
There was minimum human interaction after ordering. The guy serving the drinks avoided all form of contact, no eye contact or even verbal greetings. Maybe he was too busy.
Shop front and floor were clean.

I have always been fond of Chi Cha’s beverages. During my visit to the Takashimaya branch, I had the pleasure of being served by a staff member named Zhèng Wěi (郑纬). Their exceptional service and impeccable courtesy left a lasting impression on me.

Was served by the staff named Kelly who did not display good customer service. She did not ask for my order even while I stood in front of her and gave an attitude. I was confused on whether I could order or not as she did not say anything and had to ask her if I could order as she stood there and stared. No thank you no nothing just bitchy vibes😪

Really fast and swift cashier which was nice had ordered the peach green tea with foam unfortunately it was a little on the sweet side when I did the 50% sugar I would recommend probably 0% it you don’t really like sweet stuff but other then that it’s quite delightful.

The crowd on the weekends nearing lunar new year is insane, was expecting a long wait for ordering and drinks but not at all. Thanks to the staff’s efficiency, only took about 10-15mins to get my drinks including ordering time! There’s also a poker card freebie for limited time, pretty neat.

Am active chicha fan. I go every mall if have i will surely buy. So far this outlet has the most unfriendly staff. A number of times i buy no matter week day week end new staff old staff all pull black face… the name mention in other review are the ones we encounter bad attitude also. So rude

Had no issues with queue time nor service when we were there around 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The tea was actually brewed on the spot and it has nice fragrance to it.

I’ve always liked Chi Cha’s drinks, but the staff at the Takashimaya branch, Zhèng Wěi (郑纬), was extremely rude.
After I placed my order, I asked about the 2nd drink 50% promotion, and she raised her voice and said, “You can’t, because I told you but you didn’t listen.”
I was shocked by her attitude. When I asked her name, she turned away, started packing things, and refused to tell me.
Since I couldn’t read her Chinese name, I only tried to take a photo of her name tag (not her face), but she covered it with a bag and told me not to.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — I won’t be visiting this branch again.
