Location is good.
Just above the MRT station. There are ample car park space here too.
The store is an “open concept”. Sufficient spacious place to queue and to wait for the drinks. Nice decoration.
Service standard and the quality of the drinks met my expectations- no difference in the standard versus other stores.
Weekday, the waiting time is still manageable- less than 5 mins during non-peak period. The queue during weekend is super long. Need to wait at least 20mins to get your drinks.
A great place to get your bubble tea fix!
(Of course, it will be better if the price can be cheaper a bit...)

First time here , the service is fast and smooth. Didn't wait long to get the drink ready. It tastes so good and amazing. Will be back! Ordered black tea with oat milk and sakura konjac jelly.

Came with a friend today, was a first timer and had a lovely experience. Had a free sample which was super tasty and ended up ordering it. Place was pretty and even had seats. I would very much recommend 👍

Conveniently located inside 313 Orchard. Good location with ample space for order queuing and waiting for beverages. Staffs are very polite. Love the open kitchen concept. Where you can see everything in action. From staff brewing tea, mixing tea and packing and handing the orders to customers. All done with a smile. Love their tea as it has this very rich aroma after taste that lingers in your mouth. The bubbles are chewy and nice. Compliments the milk tea very well. It’s no wonder they are so popular and everywhere they are open there is bound to be a queue! Go check them out!

I love the concept of this place . A simple menu. A simple open concept bar top . You see your tea being prepared not pour out from some prepared containers .. It's more like a science lab here where everything is measured in perfection and you wait for your tea to be made. Here ordering is a tailor matrix . You choose your tea 6 choices following with mixes 6 and toppings 4 if you want any. So you just customized what you want here. If you are the type with no idea , just look at the other LCD , there are special tea combination . Just order from there will do . Nice packaging. Good fresh tea . A refreshing new concept in town .

The freshly brewed tea makes a huge difference to the overall quality. Used to be one of the busiest branch but nowadays there isn’t much of a queue which is great. They don’t have an extensive menu but what they have is very well done. Prefer this to any of the other brands.

It was my first time ordering a drink via classpass and Ms 郑X was rude and unhelpful. She kept saying I need to “press a button” to redeem the order but she couldn’t tell me which button and which page I should load to find the said button. I was showing her my classpass app and the website version of classpass, letting her explore but she couldn’t find it, got frustrated with me and even almost made another reservation for another drink. Drink was nice though.

The lady at the counter did not ask whether I wanted a hot or cold drink and assumed I wanted a cold drink. When asked to remove the ice in the drink, they refused. When I insisted, they remade a hot drink but only made less than half a cup. The staff did not even apologize for their mistake and displayed a very bad attitude.
