The worst experience here with the male sales associate with slightly bleached hair. Decided not to purchase the ring I was looking at as it really didn’t suit me and politely thank him for his time. Totally ignored me and rolled his eyes. Before we left my friend thanked him again for his time and he ignored us completely once again.
I don’t think this is how consumers should be treated even if they don’t purchase anything from the store. I think Chanel should train their sales associate to have more graciousness. I went to Hermes to purchase my ring instead. Service was better and you don’t get this kind of attitude from their SA

Went to this store on a Wednesday night and had a bad experience with the SA there. My friend was asking for rings to try and the SA was reluctant to take out the correct size for her and insisted the ones that he took out was correct. Eventually he took out another ring in the correct size for my friend to try but we did not purchase as it does not suit her. We apologized and told him we will consider and thanked him but was completely ignored. Chanel should train their staff better as this customer service attitude is completely unacceptable.

My premiere watch stopped moving after 4 mths of purchase though i was told that everything including the battery was supposed to be brand new when i bought it in Dec 22.
Send in the watch for repair and it took 1 mth after chasing. I was told that the battery was defective and really not impressed to know that Chanel needs 1 mth to change battery.
Expensive lesson for me. If wanna but luxury watch pls go to the proper watch brand.

Fine service in service of fine watches and jewelry. We walked in looking like the rabble and were served like royalty, and we were surrounded by other customers in the Sunday finest. Very much recommended even if only for a gander.

I shopped at Chanel Fine Jewelery in Orchard, Singapore, and was very satisfied with the shopping experience and service here. The store is very stylish and luxurious in design, beautifully decorated and made me feel very comfortable and happy.
