I went to buy a Bluetooth speaker yesterday and was truly impressed by the service from Ken at the ION branch. I originally planned to get a Sonos speaker, but the demo unit wasn’t working and the first staff didn’t help much. Just as I was about to make the purchase, Ken stepped in, patiently found a way for me to listen, and guided me based on my needs. In the end, I bought a JBL speaker that was a perfect match for me — all thanks to Ken's professionalism, patience, and product knowledge. Challenger is lucky to have such a great staff. I’ll definitely look for him again next time!

pathetic. the guy closed the outlet by 9:45. he shutdown the systems waiting to go home. when i explained im here to return, he convinced me that this outlet is no good as it doesnt have much items in stock. this outlet and the rep is a disgrace.

Google states that this store closes at 10pm, arrived at 949pm and store is closed without any personnel inside at all. It’s not even preparing to close, but closed with their lights dimmed and a sign hanging on the door that says CLOSED. Please update your operating hours if you close earlier at per se 930pm or are your employees getting off work earlier than expected. This is giving people false hopes and expectations. I literally rushed down for nothing….

Went to this place to buy few iPads. They have no willingness to help, to sell or anything. They simply look at you no stock, don’t know when they receive and at no point they will have they initiative to keep you updated. Either the business is too good or they absolutely don’t care

Excellent service from the two staff that served me when I was there multiple times over the past two months.
On my first visit about two months back, I was greeted and welcomed by the senior staff, who took the time to explain to me about the things that I need to know about getting a good sound equipment. While I may not be able to afford it right now, I’ll be sure to check that out again in the future as the staff provided incredible insights into the world of sound.
On Monday(4th September), I visited the store again to grab myself an iPhone but it was out of stock. Luckily, the other staff was incredibly helpful as he understood my requests and made the effort to contact the other stores to check for stock availability. Thankfully, I was able to make the payment at the ION outlet while collecting the iPhone at a more convenient location.
Overall, their standard of service was off the charts and did everything within their ability to ensure that I left the store satisfied.
