Feel disappointed on your malay guy staff attitude.He had previously promised to let us used membership voucher for my laptop purchased. But he forget to help me redeemed my vouchers.I make refund request.He refused to refund to me and insult me for make refund request for ONLY 10 dollars. Please investigate and hope he can improve his service to customer.

So glad I chanced upon this outlet. Even though the outlet is not as big as their other locations, I appreciate the friendly team and John was especially helpful with my order, even offering to check stocks at other outlets and transferring them over for me. I went in for a desktop and ended up getting more items than I expected. I would recommend checking out this outlet for sure!!

I made a wrong choice of laptop. Retail manager John Nash and his colleague Mike Yu from Bugis outlet went the mile to provide a replacement that I was very pleased with. Amazing dedication and exemplar of why services count!
