I did not get any stuff as I waited for 15 mins and was still not allowed into store it was like 735 pm in the evening ,store was not crowded at all but Loewe cordon it off with a rope .
After 5 mins of waiting One SA came and ask if I was looking for any SA in particular ,I mention no and she disappeared into the store and never came back .
Come on … other high end stores in Ion don’t treat prospective customers like that , unless there is a line and they are doing crowd control.

Clean store. Everything is perfectly aligned.
Good selection. Staff are helpful and quick to assist.
Only tip is that the staff when entering are chatting all together. Sometimes loudly. Still had excellent service from their staff member!

Wasn’t offered anything to drink- could just be custom in Singapore.

My friend bought a raffia bag today. Despite her insistence on asking for a box since I was going to still shop around in the mall, the sales lady said they don’t have a box for a 2000$ bag. And the boxes are either too big or too small. Sure. She put it in a paper bag which just ripped apart during our walk in the mall damaging the dust bag and pulling on the bag threads.
Additionally since she was unable to load my ION app on spot, same sales staff said she will mssg her later in the day and get the ION rewards done. Again, no surprise looking at other reviews, she never messaged. Pretty sad for a luxury store service. We won’t be coming back to this shop for sure.

Reading the other reviews here made me feel like I got off easy.
The service is brisk, reminiscent of a high street store, and when asked about a certain item I was told only the VICs will be informed about its release in Singapore. Having just come back from Europe where I purchased that item readily available in that store, I’m under the impression that Loewe Singapore is simply not assigned enough units due to a lack of demand and the SAs are now spinning it into “only VICs can be informed about it”.
I’ve also requested to be informed when certain items come into stock but have never received an update once from my SA. I had better luck purchasing online or overseas every time. Definitely get your Loewe fix in another country.

Excellent service by Sofia. She wasn't the first salesperson to attend to me, but she was the most attentive and helpful during my shopping experience. The puzzle bag is so pretty, but some aspects of the design doesn't make sense, like the small exterior zip compartment that can at most fit credit cards or car key fob. If large enough to fit phone, would be perfect and most functional. Love the key chain options to accessorize the bags, makes it more fun and personal. Wish there were more combinations of colours and looks for puzzle bag. About sgd4k for the bag I think. Workmanship is great, both types of leather also feel beautiful and luxurious. This branch is the flagship store.

I called Loewe at Ion on thursday 16 May 24 and spoke to a male staff enquiring about the possibilty of getting a puzzle tote XL box as my friend had helped me buy it from Barcelona without the box. I am giving my daughter as an anniversary gift. He was very polite and graciously confirmed that I could come to the store to get one but to try and see if the box fits as the store does not carry the XL tote box. Friday evening I made a trip down to Ion and told a male staff. He said he was the one whom I spoke to and I asked for his name and he said he is Kok Yong. He brought out a box and tested it for me to see that it could fit and gave me a bigger carrier to go home with. He was very helpful and pleasant in his demeanour. I asked about some bag charms and beaded chains on display and he patiently showed me one by one. He even asked if I had taken my dinner as it was about 7.30pm. I didnt buy the charms or beaded chains but left with a happy feeling and impressed with Loewe's service standards. Compliments to Kok Yong for displaying excellent service standards and bringing up the name of Loewe! I will certainly be back.

First time visiting Loewe’s store at Ion Orchard Singapore on 15 Oct-23 at around 5-6pm. Very much disappointed with the service of these 2 ladies, especially one pregnant.
But before I came, I have tried to call them as I wanted to check if they have the stock that I needed for an exchange. As I experienced before, they never picked up my calls.
Ok so I tried my luck and came. One of them checked and told me they are out of stock and suggested me to email the APAC team instead. I asked if they can let me know when the stock came, then I will come to exchange, but they brushed me off and tell me the same. As I am trying to understand the procedure (as it’s not stated to email for an exchange in the email/ delivery box, but go to the store instead), the pregnant lady take over the other lady and asked me with a high note “which part you don’t understand, etc etc etc…”
The way they brushed me off and spoke in a high note are not the typical Loewe and other high-end brands services that I have experienced before. They could have been more emphatic and gentle in handling their confused customer.
Please note that I wrote this no benefit to me review because I love Loewe’s brand and products. Hope they can improve their service in the future as this is quite critical for a high end brand.
