experience at Loewe ION ORCHARD was NEVER GOOD. first time early this year, had to queue outside for QUITE A WHILE, while 2 staff were busy chatting over the counter. had to WAIT for their attention to be given to us. whatever. what made me write this review was when i returned to Loewe in August, wanting to try a puzzle bag for myself. attended to quite fast because shop was empty. girl staff serving me was around 1.6m, middle hair, chinese, no glasses. very unprofessional. asked about the puzzle bag leather, colour and size. girl staff talked to me in a condescending manner like i was supposed to know what i’m looking for. nevermind. when my friend gave me opinions that dissuaded me from purchasing the bag, staff showed black face and seemed quite irritated. IS IT A MUST FOR ME TO PURCHASE? How unprofessional!!!!! Not once, but TWICE the staff wanted to help me “PACK A NEW ONE” and proceed with the purchase. I in the store for barely 7 minutes and you already forcing me to make a purchase? After showing attitude with your BLACK FACE? Rude! And No thanks! Wanted to buy a Loewe bag for its quality and craftsmanship. But with such service and attitude? Forget it. U can profit off others, not me. Loewe, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY. My visits to loewe overseas were EXCEPTIONAL. What happened to the Singapore Ion store??????

Horrible Service. Bought $3000 worth of items including a pair of jeans which needed to be altered. At the point of purchase the staff were super attentive. Was told that I would receive a call after the alteration was done and it would take about 2 weeks. Nobody called after 3 weeks so I decided to head down to collect. The staff merely took my receipt, asked me if I wanted to try. I tried the pair of jeans on and none of the staff even bothered to remove all the loose threads which was all over the pair of jeans. Then the item was dumped in a crumpled and used paper bag without even bothering to wrap the thousand dollar pair of jeans in wrapping paper. The boutique reeks of hypocrisy and is very obviously only interested in making a sale. Service standard is atrocious!!! Will never step into this boutique ever again. Whoever runs this boutique ought to seriously consider conducting a service standard check!!! 😡

We visited Loewe @ Ion to get a Flamenco bag which I had coveted for some time. We were served by Jeremiah, a pleasant gentleman who has great product knowledge and a welcoming personality. He showed us different ways to carry the bag and helped to model one of the bags so that I could compare it with the one that I was holding. After payment has been made, he took time to explain Loewe's complimentary leather care service and also helped us with the Ion rewards app so that we could enjoy some cash rebates on our purchase. This is my first Loewe bag and thanks to Jeremiah for making the experience a wonderful one!
