The most horrible experience you can get at a retail brand store. Was serviced by a sales rep name Celine. It felt like I was buying undergarments from a wet market. She was rude and doesn't know the products well. She got confused with the bra sizes and left out things I wanted to try. I bought 4 bras and supposedly 4 matching underwear among other things. When I got home, I realised there were missing underwear. Called the store to verify and Rebecca assisted me in arranging for it to be picked up at another store near me. A few days later, I realised that I might have been charged for another model that was more expensive than the one I had on hand. Called the store again to verify only having to spend an excruciating half hour debating with another sales rep Rachelle on how they didn't make any mistakes and couldn't even differentiate the products I purchased base off the receipt. Requested for Rebecca to sort out and she called me even though she was on her day off. In less than 5 minutes, the matter was clarified and I was indeed overcharged for the wrong item. Rebecca arranged for another pick up and item offset at another store. I have bought Calvin Klein in many countries and this is the first time I have experienced such atrocious customer service. Please avoid going to the Wheelock branch unless you're serviced by Rebecca.
