Lovely Nagoya style kissaten cafe. The katsu curry rice is very good. The coffee is a little too mild for my liking as i like robust bold roasts.

Love their decoration😍 Their open kitchen concept is definitely an eye-catcher. We were watching them making strawberry cake while we were waiting for friends. So we ordered their strawberry cake ($9.8) right away after being told by another restaurant that we have to wait for 1.5hrs to be seated. Turned out the strawberry cake is the best strawberry cake i have ever had in SG! The strawberries are sweet, juicy and v thick in slices! The cake itself is very fragrant and fluffy! Also ordered their shrimp katsu sando ($14 ish), each bite is full of shrimp and very flavourful! Paired well with the slightly fried bread. Both are very delicious and we had a very good experience dining in here!🥰

Cakes are awesome! Cozy ambience! But food we still prefer their restaurant beside.

Definitely one of the better high tea sets I’ve had! Just enough and a little more. What I appreciate is good quality savoury and sweets! Fresh and yummy. The clam chowder in the little espresso cup is very memorable with lots of meaty clam meat and the right texture of soup to go with it. It’s like home away from home sort of vibe which resonates with me for a chat over tea with a friend 🌼

Every once in awhile I’ll swing by here for dessert and it definitely does not disappoint and staff are friendly and attentive which is great. Had the seasonal Kyoho grape tart and the lemon cream tart both were good I especially like the Kyoho grape tart it has a nice amount of sourness the atmosphere in the cafe is really quite cozy which I do like quite allot and normally there aren’t many people as well. Would recommend!

I had a disappointing experience in this cafe. Let me start with the Atmosphere, the place looks very cute. I went around Christmas time so it was decorated in Christmas theme. Let me jump into my bad experience. Firstly we went in for having hot coffee, but they said none of the coffee were available at that time. Left with no choice, we ordered Fruit tea and Bread bowl. They gave us fruit tea in a jar and a cup(we had to ask for extra cup, although we went as two person) The worst part is they didn’t mention pork was added in the soup which we ordered. As someone who is allergic to Pork, this was a serious issue. In all the restaurants I have been in Singapore, they mention if it contains Pork/ Beef. What if a Vegetarian order this without knowing if it contains meat?? I really wanted the restaurant to clearly indicate such ingredients on their menu to avoid situations like this

Can't compare their lemon tart with TiongBahru Bakery. This tart's crust is soggy and lemon filling doesn't have enough lemon punch. Tasted like it is a couple of day too old

I Got Beef Ma Mason Café nails the Japanese-inspired aesthetic with its Western menu and Orchard Road vibe. The look, the feel, and every detail are on point, perfect if you are after an elevated café experience. What disappointed me most was the Meltique steak used in their Beef Stroganoff. A $30+ steak dish should never, in my opinion, use processed beef, even with a perfectly executed demi-glace and omurice. It brings down the quality of what could have been a great dish. The Ebi Katsu Sando ($19), on the other hand, offers much better value. You actually get large prawn chunks mixed into the paste, and it is umami, crunchy, and fried just right. Overall: If you do not mind paying a premium, the food tastes good, but using Meltique beef in a $30+ dish is simply not acceptable.

Be try nice small cafe to chill. Very nice soup, must order. Limited variety of main course. Fruit tea is not as flavourful as we wish.
