Excellent store. The store person (Annie) was super helpful. She is attentive and helped us select perfumes. Highly recommend the scents here which really stood out for me. They have unisex scents.

Byredo at Takashimaya was such a lovely store, mainly thanks to the sales associate Kat who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured a great scent journey for my partner and I. We were immediately drawn to so many fragrances in this brand’s collection, and Kat remembered everything we liked and didn’t. She also recommended for us what she thought we would like, based on the scents we tried and liked.

I was looking for a perfume brand named ~ MAison de Lasie. I was visited few similar shops at Ngee Ann City during my visit and still couldn't get it. Annie was the one who served me during I visited her shop , although I didn't purchase anything from her. I personally feel that she was attentive , friendly, resourceful and have a good sense of initiatively helping me find out the exact location of that brand. Once again thanks for her help and the sincere service.
